This children’s book highlights the importance of unconditional love and following rules within a family. Winnie the pot belly pig faces her own struggles with following the rules at home and with decision making. Winnie realizes when rules are not followed, it can lead to dangerous situations. She soon realizes her decision not to follow the rules, has placed all the animals in danger. Winnie learns to take responsibility for her actions by courageously leading her family safely back home. Winnie learns the importance of Rules and remains thankful for the unconditional love displayed to her, by her family. Lisa has devoted her life to working and helping the youth, as a Teacher, Coach, School Counselor, and Marriage and Family Therapist. Lisa believes animals can be most helpful when children struggle with anxiety, stress, and trauma.
